The New and exciting Waterfall Banquet and Conference Center is designed to be an upscale location for Social and Corporate events. Born out of the old Brandywine Terrace, a New Castle County landmark for over 30 years, Waterfall has established itself as a premiere destination for stylish events in the Delaware Valley Region.

Waterfall Banquet and Conference Center situated in the northern most part of Delaware, in the revitalized village of Claymont and is easily accessible from all areas of the Delaware Valley. It is just a short drive from the Philadelphia International Airport, minutes from downtown Wilmington and 10 minutes from major bridges crossing the Delaware River into southern NJ.

Waterfall is adorned with a charming mixture of traditional and contemporary amenities. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a spectacular cascading waterfall. From there you enter into the warm and inviting lobby where three spectacular chandeliers and a host of baroque sconces light this breathtaking space where you can relax in the comfort of pillowed couches and the warmth of the stone fireplace which reaches toward the lofty ceilings.

Once in the lobby, you are directed to three private and elegant ballrooms which will accommodate from 50 to 1000 of your most special guests. Each room can offer the perfect setting for a variety of event styles and themes. With six room configurations starting at 600 sq. and expanding to 9000 sq., a variety of customized floor plans are available to accommodate all types of settings and themes.
